1. General

Welcome to www.PilotTrainingSystem.com, 107.PilotTrainingSystem.com, and pvt.PilotTrainingSystem.com (collectively, the “Websites”), operated by Pilot Training System, LLC (“Pilot Training System,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

 

Pilot Training System provides free online educational content and related computer-based services subject to the terms and conditions of this Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”). By accessing or using the Websites, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

 

Pilot Training System reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Websites. Continued use of the Websites constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Pilot Training System, LLC or its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Software or Websites.

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pilot Training System, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

 

       * Your use of the Websites or Software;

       * Your violation of this Agreement; or

       * Any misuse or reliance on educational content provided through the Websites.

 

If you are dissatisfied with the Websites or Software, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use.

 

4. Educational Use Disclaimer and Warranty Disclaimer

The Websites provide educational content only. All content is offered for informational and training purposes and does not constitute professional flight instruction, operational approval, legal advice, or regulatory certification.

 

The Software and content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or regulatory compliance.

 

Pilot Training System, LLC does not warrant that the content will meet FAA requirements, result in examination success, or satisfy any specific training, licensing, or operational standard.

 

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The Websites may contain links to third-party websites or services. Pilot Training System, LLC does not control or endorse these third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or practices.

 

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms of those third parties.

 

6. Registration and Eligibility

Certain areas of the Websites are available only to registered users. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

 

All registered users must be of legal age. Users under the age of 18 may register only under the supervision of a legal guardian. Pilot Training System, LLC reserves the right to require proof of age and to terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.

 

7. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

 

You agree to notify Pilot Training System, LLC immediately at info@PilotTrainingSystem.com if you suspect unauthorized access or compromise of your account. Pilot Training System, LLC is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

 

8. Purchasing (Reserved for Future Use)

Pilot Training System, LLC may, in the future, offer paid products or services, including but not limited to course completion certificates or premium features.

 

Terms governing any such purchases, including pricing, payment processing, refunds, limitations, and conditions, will be set forth in this section or in supplemental terms at the time such offerings become available. No purchases are currently required to access educational content on the Websites.

 

9. Privacy and Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account by emailing info@PilotTrainingSystem.com. Account deletion requests are subject to verification and applicable legal retention requirements.

 

10. Termination

Pilot Training System, LLC may terminate or suspend your access to the Websites at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

 

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Websites and Software. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and severability shall survive termination.

 

11. Entire Agreement; Amendments

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Pilot Training System, LLC regarding the use of the Websites and supersedes all prior agreements or communications.

 

Pilot Training System, LLC may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Websites following posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

 

13. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
