Black Hawk College and Quad Cities Aero are launching the region’s first Professional Aviation Certification program to help students pursue careers as commercial pilots.

Black Hawk College and Quad Cities Aero have partnered to offer a new Professional Aeronautics Certificate (PAC) program starting in 2026, designed to train students for careers as professional pilots and help address the ongoing pilot shortage.
