Black Hawk College and Quad Cities Aero have partnered to offer a new Professional Aeronautics Certificate (PAC) program starting in 2026, designed to train students for aviation careers and help address the ongoing pilot shortage. The program combines classroom instruction at the college and hands-on flight training at Quad Cities Aero, giving participants the skills and FAA certifications needed to enter the aviation industry.
